You have all inspired me to want to be involved and give back and know I'm here to help you reach even greater heights and help to turn this crisis around.”

In 2019, he was named one of four finalists for the Premier's Award as an emerging leader. Previously, Andy worked as the manager for the communications team with Emergency Management BC (EMBC) and before that at the Ministry of Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation (MARR), managing a team of four. Andy also worked in a number of other communications and public affairs roles with the Province between 2012-2020.
