Anne-Rachelle Boulanger - Regional Director British Columbia
Anne-Rachelle is a policy analyst at the HIV Legal Network, working on a variety of HIV-related human rights issues.
She is also a lawyer specializing in forced migration, representing clients in refugee claims, humanitarian applications, and other matters.
Previously, Anne-Rachelle worked as a consultant for the United Nations Independent Expert on the enjoyment of the rights of persons with albinism, where she drafted reports for the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, the United Nations General Assembly, the Pan-African Parliament, and the African Union.
Anne-Rachelle holds a BA in International Development from McGill University and a JD and MA from the University of Toronto.
She also holds an LLM from the University of Cambridge, where she specialized in international law.
