“Ask Mom and Antoinette about SMART Recovery”

Antoinette is a MSTH member from Brandon, MB and she is a SMART Recovery facilitator.

SMART Recovery groups are for peers and families, however, this specific webinar targets families. The groups offer non-judgmental support that is based on CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy).

In this session you will learn more about SMART Recovery and about providing effective, non-confrontational support for a loved one.
