Join us for a free seminar hosted by MSTH as part of our virtual seminar series.

Sheila Jennings teaches a design course focused on the overdose crisis at OCADU University. In this talk she sets out aspects of the course outline and topics covered as well as things she learned from the experience.

Sheila is a former family and child welfare lawyer and the mother of three amazing young adults. In 2009 she completed my MA in Critical Disability Studies at York University in the area of pediatric homecare in the context of human rights with a focus on Ontario. In 2019 Sheila was awarded a PhD from Osgoode Hall Law School, also at York University in the area of disability and the law. Sheila lectures at various Greater Toronto area universities and is writing a book. Since 2017 I have been advocating with the Moms Stop The Harm (MSTH). She is a member of our Board of Directors for Ontrario.
